That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.
You've still got a lot of time to grow. When I was 13 I wasn't as tall as I am now. But even if you don't grow much more, I wouldn't worry about it.
I'd like to be a bit shorter - I'm about 5'10 and I wear heels and I'm about 6'0-6'1!! Lol
i'm 5'8'' which is apparently supposed to be average in the u.s., but it sure as hell doesnt feel like it. i feel like the large majority is taller. not that im REALLY short or anything but it does kinda bother me sometimes.
but whatever. unfortunately, there isnt much you can do. height is almost completely up to genetics, you can only grow a few more inches depending on the foods you eat. if youre really super concerned, stay away from sugar, eat fruits and veggies and milk, and dont smoke. thats about it.
drink lots of milk. dno if it rly works lol.
You will grow in time. I hated being small. I was the smallest in my class up until the age of 15. And I was really small. But then out of nowhere I started to grow, and now Im 6ft. Not excessively tall, but about average. Which if fine.
Everyone grows at different times, and your time will come.
Drink lots of milk, and don't do sit-ups!! That will slow growth a lot.
IS your mum really tall? Because apparently kids are meant to become the same height or slightly taller than they mother.
Probably not true, but it's given me hope (My mums really tall =P)
MUMFORD
lmao its weird because my parents are both shorter than me, im only around 5ft 8. My grandmas quite tall, shes 5ft 7 and shes 80-odd - I'm not sure how the genetics on that one worksMaybe my dad has the recessive 'tall' gene

You can have hormones but there are some serious side affects. I'm diabetic and, stupidly without realising, I was abusing it for the past 2/3 years and now I've stopped growing (at 15). I'm about 5'8 / 5'9 - and I was debating whether to have the hormones injected because I was predicted to be 6'3 before I started ******* up my diabetes, but I'm around average I think, so I didn't.
I think you can only have the hormones when you're like 18 tho (but my 'bone age' was 19 - I.E growth rates. So it was possible for me to have it), but I think you could see you GP and inquire about it. But like I said, apparently there are strong rates of side affects that are very damaging.
