But the point is, nobody can do every quest without the skills for it. There's no real way for a guide like this to be made

it's going to be the 'ultimate quest guide'.
basically you train your skills to/above the minimum skill reqs and then you go along the list of quests to do (Obviously not everybody would need to go in the exact order.. theres loads which dont have any requirements)
