The HxHD Staff, all are consistant with activity. Thehy are all in the desk for consistant periods of time and are also active. Honestly I can say there hasn't been a more active group of staff working for the Help Desk in a very long time. Also they staff don't just go in there and go AFK. They do offer help and are active. Just because you've experienced them being away once or twice doesn't mean that they are always away.

I know that you go in the desk a bit Tom, so I won't say you don't know what your talking about because you do and the same with Skot, however, like I said above, the staff are active. Also Skot, if you don't want to be kicked/banned all the time, and would rather see people helping more than re-inforcing the rules, then maybe you should stop getting yourself in trouble and try and act your age more in the Help Desk instead of acting immature (using an autoreloader isn't exactly mature is it). As for bans/unbans, they are all given fairly and are delt with fairly.

I can ensure you all the staff are active, maybe not all the time but most of the time whilst they are in the desk and if someone does need help, 90% of the time they will get it but as Leah said before, the Help Desk is more of a Lounge now then it was before and as a result the staff are primarily there to enforce the rules and organise the Desk rather than giving help 24-7, even though Helping is still a big part of the desk.

Again making assumptions i use auto reloader because i can click fast.

I don't mind being banned at that, and i don't use an auto reloader.

Yes as i complained about the thing about titch to leah and as she received the appeal and unbanned him didn't want the complaint so i was told to PM nvr.

Most people seem to PM him about bans anyways

Yes but based on your previous post which said I am assuming, which I am not as both you've said it and you've also been kicked and reloaded the room when you've said you are away, both show there is a good chance you do use one.

but they unban you if they like you also sometimes the staff can be unfair and warn one person and not another for instance


if i was to say 'i feel like ****' and someone the staff Like was to say something along the same line's or worse, i would still get inn trouble but the other person would'nt, it has happened before but thats in the past.

it's not the inactivity that's the problem, it's the attitude of the staff really. For example myself and another person reffered to HotelUser as a Canut/Canuk which is used in Scotland as a shortened term as Canadian and he kicked us for it. He said it was a "made up insulting term." Surely something that's made up has no real meaning and therefore can't be insulting? Obviously not as I was kicked each time I said it! But he was allowed to mock Scotland's education system, loving it

Roxy is never behind the desk and just sits there and NEVER talks. Except for that time she made us believe Leah was the one kicking for no reason and didn't even explain why she did that. If you don't have to go behind the desk to help and just have to sit there then what's the point? Anyone can do that! Ben is the only one I see giving help and he's always behind the desk, he's friendly and nice & always watching. Matt too, Josh is only ever THERE when Leah is and Leah is actually there quite alot, you know she's maybe replying to PMs on the forum so she can't be watching all the time. Like I said It's not really the inactivity that's that bad, it's just the appauling attitudes and Leah lets them walk all over her because most of them are her friends. That's how I see it anyway.

Surely you can't expect staff to be staring at their computer screens 24/7? They may be signed onto msn, or browsing the forum and can look up at habbo for a few minutes before resuming their other activities. Like I said before Staff are not allowed to be inactive behind the bar, but they can't be expected to be alert at ALL times when they're in the room.

Surely you can't expect me to be there 24/7 to make an observation then? You can't use one rule for yourselves and one for critics, and as I said I don't often see many staff behind the bar unless there's a lot of the staff members' friends there.

Out of all the people that visit the desk you are there for a very minimal amount and it is a very rare ocasion to see you in the desk so you are hardly ever there, yes.

It wasn't the criticism that was trolling but the aim of your little rare visit to the desk today was clearly to cause arguments and I wasn't going to give you what you wanted.

If you really have any problems with scott's ban, or Staff activity then please make a formal complaint to Sammeth. who is more than aware of your activity in the desk.

That wasn't the aim at all, but hey there I go again forgetting that you know what everyone's thinking better than people know themselves huh? Sam is clearly not aware of my activity in the desk as he believes I'm there perhaps once a week because he goes mostly by what he's told, and he's also not exactly local at the moment so a formal complaint wouldn't do much. I thought it better to post in feedback so I could see what others think - after all, my opinion alone seems to get ignored often in this respect.

It's quite funny you mentioned not to bring up the fact that you are never there. It is a legitimate retort to your claims. I think you're active for 15 minutes maybe once or twice a week. I was in the room when you entered, and when you left. Josh, Leah and myself were active, because we were kicking the banned user, who just so happens to agree that there are problems with the HxHD.

If you had stayed in the desk for even 15 more minutes, you would have seen more activity. There are currently 3 staff in the room, none of which are AFK.

Let's recap.
You aren't there 24/7 (quite reasonable)
You STATE that you aren't there 24/7 (again, reasonable)
You claim that I'm never on (entirely unreasonable as there is therefore plenty of time for me to be about while you're not)

I've never said that staff are always inactive, in fact I made sure I mentioned that it's not always the case, it's just that they seem sufficiently inactive to warrant it being a problem.

It's pretty obvious that you do use the software, with habbo adverts and general lag its hard to reload a room within a second or two.

I fail to see how you have come to that conclusion when I'm there alot when Leah isn't, vice versa?
