Well, all of the Habboween badges are rare, but the ones such as the brain, eyes and open & closed vampire fangs were given out in 2007 (not 2006). In 2006, the closed NORMAL fangs were only given out. Now, the newer Habboween badges such as the virus badges (slime & blood), the 2008 design a pumpkin are also rare, except for the pill. Trust me, everyone has the pill, but they have it on hide.

i got open fangs in 2006 which was when they first got given out... you're 1 year ahead of yourself
