i had a few when i was young but only from banging it or summet but havent had one 4 ages

i use to have loads but i found the cause an stopped it it was last summer i used this spray called magic-cool you can get it at boots an that i got really bad nose bleeds like a glass full of blood then my mate used an had a nose bleed so i stopped using it
