Explain how? It runs an Open source OS that is extremely stable... a.k.a Linux. Unfortunatly Apple have a lawsuit against them because of the patenting of the multitouch technology they use and so us G1 owners have to "root" our phones to get at it.

and i should really care because?
iphone k.o's g1.
Maybe he doesn't want two near identical gadgets that are both quite expensive. The majority of my class ask 'Can I have a go on your iPhone?' for christ sake. No chrome and a hole for mic and a camera and 16 less GB is the only difference.

I still get people asking "Can I have a go on your Google phone?" and i've had it for months now.
I can run a full operating system on my phone, can you?
I can use 32GB+ memory cards in mine, can you?
I can write apps for it in Java, without buying an £800 Mac or paying Apple fees, can you?
I can sync everything with Google's FREE equivalent to MobileMe, can you?
I have a full QWERTY keyboard, do you?
I can run background apps, can you?
I can update OTA, can you?
My phone has a compass to assist in the GPS, does yours?
My phone can have shortcuts on the "home" screen, as well as pictures, widgets etc., can yours?
I can set anything as my ringtone, can you?
I can get a proper WiFi, bluetooth, USB tether, can you?
I have access to an open source Application Market where sharing is caring (LOL) without Jailbreaking, do you?
The list goes on, now get your head out of your own ass please.

tbh now you're just beating around the bush, if i wanted to i could come up with a list 5x as big as yours, but tbh, unlike someone, i have a life!
and btw, your list is really flawed, nearly all the stuff you mentioned the iphone can already do is going to do in the next update.
so rofl@u.
tbh, now whos bragging?
MY G1 CAN DO THIS OMGZZZZ.
I think these links;

http://crave.cnet.co.uk/mobiles/0,39...9583-12,00.htm
end your pathetic attempt of an argument.
get your head out of your ass, sir.

That wired link is slightly flawed in the fact that a) Google cannot put multitouch in until this lawsuit is settled about it. b) We can playback video now with the 1.5 Cupcake Update.tbh now you're just beating around the bush, if i wanted to i could come up with a list 5x as big as yours, but tbh, unlike someone, i have a life!

I have no life? It took me about 2 minutes to type that post, some of us aren't ******ed when it comes to typing.
So actually, shut the hell up.
it's called not being arsed to type with punctuation and perfect spelling as today I cannot be arsed, already had a englit higher exam, r.e exam and biology gcse tests this week, so if you think i'm gonna go mad over my spelling/punctuation on a forum, then you have another thing coming...
and also, i will be reporting your above post.
thank you, sir.
