They based it on activity levels. I know some people who were created in May got it but I'm not aware anyone from May 29th unless it's a fansite owner who no longer uses Habbo and asked for it to be a BETA tester or something.

I'm curious how "activity level" was worked out though Jake. Was it a percentage of all online time since account was created? Was it simply number of hours online in the last X days? I was puzzled by some of the accounts created in the past 2 months.
