Then why'd you feel the need to speal all that above about how privacy fine before anyone even insinuated it wasn't? I said people generally don't pirate o/s's that doesn't mean they don't pirate at all.. Alot of sites dont keep the poll data around after they close (from my quick look over), feel free to find some that show the opposite though if you disagree.

I would say in my experince pirating operating systems isnt worth the hassle, if it is for you, then keep doing so. My point is though, as far as i'm aware, the great majority do not.

Sadly I wasn't actually claiming I had seen poll's and had pc building friend's so that point is null.
I'm currently using my cracked OS and have been for 2 years now, from my experience over these 2 years with Vista i've had no problems. I'm not claiming anyone else has or hasn't had problems with it or does or doesn't use it I just can't see the problem with it myself after having a great experience with it and I can hardly say I've heard anyone saying a cracked OS has ruined them.
And I was presuming that people were having this debate with me because I had got an OS for free, I don't see how that gives me a guilty conscience and besides that's neither here or their in this debate, why reduce it to that?

So I'm happy with my cracked OS, you dislike them and claim to have many friends and have seen many poll's that agree with you. Can we leave it at that?

If you like, although i will add that my operating systems are free too, a few xp's, vista and eventually a windows 7 - none though are pirated I dont spend money when dont have to, my experience with pirated xp's (other peoples) is just its generally just not worth the added hassel. I
