First of all, you will get what you pay for, and those goggles are really cheap and poorly made, therefore a waste of money. Then, what are you paying for? A little picture book? What are you, a little child? Also, people may think, yeah I've got one out of 100 as it's the collectors edition. Err, no. There are millions of these sold, so well done, people are acheiving nothing / really getting nothing for the extra cost by buying this collectors edition.

People said the Call of Duty:WaW Collectors edition was terrible, well, it's just as good as this. Seriously guys, it isn't worth the money. I'm going to pre-order my game now, £29 on lovefilm (with a voucher). Not bad.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. The gogles will be all cheap and tacky. The whole idea of something being 'limited' is usually a limited amount made but IW will just keep making more so really, all you're getting are a few simple things.

The WAW wasn't the worst I've bought but the flask you got in the box was so light and didn't particularly look remotely real. You don't get any in-game multiplayer benefits for MW2 so imo i would rather just buy the normal version :]

And you get night vision goggles but jesus. Come on who is actually going to be wearing these all AMAZINGGGG goggle. I wouldn't be seen dead with these on in the streets.

If you were using them at night you wouldn't have to worry about being seen, it'll be too dark for the person without the goggles, only you will see them.

I think we should wait until you know, it's actually in public hands before you say garbage like that, personally I'm getting hardened edition, it comes with everything you could want, the art books not really of interest to me but 2 considering it's pretty much a full game CoD Classic will probably come in at 1200 MS points, which is like £10, the hardened edition will probably cost no more than £60, I can't imagine it even being that expensive so it's obviously the best option from release because you're getting 2 games for the price of one, that is if the hardened only costs £45-55.

I don't care what people say, it hasn't been released yet, it is impossible for any of the general public to know what it is like because it has only just been announced and it wont be released until November.

Yea, the only thing not included with the hardened edition is the goggles and the head thing, everything else is with hardened which will only be a little more expensive than standard.

Oh right, thank you . That makes the Prestige edition seem even worse now. Might aswell just by the hardened if you're never actually going to use the goggles.
