I wouldn't let anyone drive that car w/out atleast 10 years of driving kfnx. If it was my car and a 16 year old was there, i'd be standing there ******** a brick at every slight move he makes.

You're right, going fast DOES make you a safe driver... This attitude alone is enough reason to not let a kid take my car out. I don't like my mum taking my 1.4 Clio out down the road and she's been driving decades, so there is no way in hell I would let a 16 year old drive a Nissan GTR if I had one

Believe me, it's pretty easy for a car to go sideways!
I'm at a point in my life where I don't care if you like me or you don't. If you like me, cool. If you don't, meh.

didn't you post once saying your brother has one? so obviously you asked and he said no, and you're gutted.

were you hoping to go 'look bro, all these people on the internet say I can drive your car as they have more of a say in the matter than you.'

'it's been tarmacked, smooth as a baby's bum' .. fair do's, but didn't know you could tarmac grass nowadays

    keep dreaming.

i'm the star in the reasonably priced car!

No, I wasn't going to use these reply's to make him change his mind. We recently got it re-tarmacked so it was suitable for driving around on and since then I've driven all kinds of cars around. Just because I'm 1 year too young to get a license doesn't mean I can't drive, lots of fast racing drivers start out young (not like I want to be a racing driver or anything). All I wanted to do was have a little go, not going at high speeds but accelerate fast, with him sat in the car with me of course. In less than a years time when I get my license, will I be any better at driving around the track? No.

no but just because of the fact you will be 17 and hold a licence does not mean you are in a position to handle the car.
