The reason Christmas is a nation holiday is because this is England and the ENGLISH religion is Christianity.

If the muslims and the hindus want to come into this country then they'll just have to adjust to ENGLISH ways,
they cant just change they way we live.

i'm not christian. i will always celebrate christmas, evidently not for the religious side. it's all about spending time with your family, giving and receiving prezzies, huge meal and just generally having a splendid time. as far as i'm aware, you don't have to be religious to have fun.

the lights in dundee are know as 'the winter lights' this year. as the council is trying to have the event with no reference to christianity. i think there trying to attract more people from different religions.
