What about the structure of the garage, did you have to get it checked out or something and is it safe? Looks like some pretty bad damage that's for sure, cheers for the photos and sorry to hear about your misfortune of no heating and no scrabble.

We need to have a Surveyor around and he is coming tomorrow at 10am, he will decide what needs to be done to the garage structure and if we need a complete new garage or just replace the broken walls.
