It says on that webpage ''A RuneScape account was recently sold on eBay for £46,000.00.'' What on earth? what account was this?

Who would spend that much on a game? absolutely crazy.

Depends how good the account is, i'd assume a max total account or near max for that much.

Seems fair, considering an account with that high stats would take a good few years to earn that much, with a reasonably good job with a nice salary you could earn that in a couple years.

i dont think he should be arrested, he phished them not hacked, they willingly gave him there infos

They hardly willingly gave him their details, there were tricked by him into a fake site etc where he tricked them into entering their details.
