    lmao, i'm not really altering my food because i eat pretty healthy, well i always have my 5 a day anyway. veg with every meal and fruit as snacks.

    Ive changed my diet already, i still eat whatever my mum makes me, even if its not considered healthy, just cut out all the crap like crisps and biscuits and sugar etc.

    Still only drinking water, considering starting bodybuilding as welll, although not to get huge haha.

    you'll probably find it quite easy to, a lot of people mistake dehydration for hunger, you do get water from various foods but it won't be enough and that's why you have to eat more.
    once you start drinking water religiously it'll be hard to stop, say you stop one day you'll notice a big different between how you feel when you've been drinking it and when you haven't

    I've been drinking water with the odd occasion of a fizzy drink for about 2 months now, I do feel much better
