my mum is WELL scared of moths.

I don't have an acute fear of much. What scares me more than anything is the idea / prospect of nuclear war.

I love grasshoppers, when you're in the garden and you hear one a few feet away but you can't find it!

I can understand the horse one, many people have bad experiences with horses at a young age and grow up with a fear. When I went to the Liverpool homecoming in '05, a police horse backed into the crowd where I was standing and I had to push myself off it. I don't have a phobia but the thought of being kicked was well scary!

A Sheldon Cooper quote which I just read D) made me realise why I was OK in a hot air balloon but I hate being at the edge of a tall building for instance; A fear of heights is illogical. A fear of falling, on the other hand, is prudent and evolutionary.

I was scared of spiders for 16 years of my life until once when at a small local zoo a woman got a tarantula out and i got forced to hold it. Since then a small spider is just nothing to me.

I also had a massive fear or climbing metal ladders, like the ones builders use but I got a part-time Labouring job with my dads friend and this involved me always up and down the things. I didn't want to disappoint so I had to shut up and get on with it.

At the moment I haven't got anything that actually scares me.

Controlling your fear rather than letting it control you - the best attitude you can have

I've told you, we'll fix this

Anyway, losing people I love is one. Others include:

Spiders (especially the ones that run really quick -shudder-)
Needles <-- cannot bear the thought.
Deep water or vast amounts of it - sea, lakes, rivers etc.
Heights - not so much after going up the eiffel tower but they still make my legs shake haha.
