Imo i dont think they should be giving out ema let alone bonus's. You shouldnt have to pay someone to go to school, Fair enough if they spend it on bus travel or school books etc, But you lot who go blow it on haircuts and games is just stupid and probably 90% of people who get it do that. And yes i did used to get ema back when i was in school and yes i did blow it on useless crap but i still think its stupid that they pay you to go to school.

Got mine today I was pretty shocked, I didn't think I would get it because I've had a fair bit of time off.

me too, in school it was really really strict so i didn't get my second bonus but in college it's different..

nope
you get it twice a year, after christmas (so roughly now as we're getting ours) and when you finish school/college. at least that's what it is for me
