I agree, dude you seem like you lack experience with this type of thing. Seriously you should not be doing this and starting to learn doing this type of thing from a 5k budget is abit extreme, would you even know how to setup and configure the local shoutcast stream and get it to playout on all the speakers?
Yes i would be able to, I can do like 2 speakera but unsure on like 10 speakers but thats what we have computer technitions for.

Anyway, if you have power you can use active speakers rather than passive ones. This means you don't need an amplifier to power all the speakers.
