Definitely the first one. Even though there's less on the screen, the second one looks a lot less spaced out and the first one looks a lot more modern.

I would choose the first one. Because it is easy to navigate around while the second one can easily be mistaken for a sample of frames.

The 1st one cause the frames in the 2nd entry are just hideous

Entry 1 is 10 times better tbh.
More spaces out, easier to navigate, and I like big buttons
