Thanks for the fantastic input that hasn't at all been replicated in this thread. At all.

ON TO THE QUOTE. IT SAYS "WEEKLY" NOT "HOURLY" OR "DAILY".

I'd be fine with weekly. It's just literally every time I log on. I think this morning is the only time I havn't had to click there, even though my cursor immediately went to that spot.

And for another user they may have well gone to that spot looking for the next arcade tournament time or information on what events are happening today.

It's been replicated because it's common sense.

It's probably only been daily because it's Easter, I'm sure once that dies down, it'll become weekly.

the only time i noticed the bunny arcade thing was when there was a spam thread because i got so sick of the notices i just x'd them without reading them

and when i saw the tourni... it was full of admins

For some reason, when you delete a notice that appears, it only appears for a matter of seconds though, usually if you refresh it disappears.
