Always have courage and be kind
its not really racist he never said 'omg i hate indians' or something he just said he couldnt understand the accent.. not racist.
in all fairness i know you were pissed off already and just wanted to get it sorted, and i have asked to speak to someone else before as well, but i did bare with the guy for like half an hour and i just couldnt understand him, so i just said 'can i talk to somebody else please?'. but i didnt immediately go 'can i talk to someone english' cos that is a bit rude.. but i do see where your coming from there is no point wasting your time and money trying to speak to someone you dont understand but you could have handled it a bit better.
you can be my daddy
What is it with phone companies outsourcing callcenters? Rogers does it here in Pakistan of all places. Considering Canadians are using their phone services you'd of thought they could of employed Canadians
I'm not crazy, ask my toaster.
How exactly can you say ''Can I speak to someone english please'' nicely :S
How ever you say it - it is still rude completely
Always have courage and be kind
yes i think it is rude, although sometimes i feel like saying the same thing. (especially when we get those calls from people trying to sell us things, no offence to any of them, but how are we going to buy something when they speak to fast for us to understand)
used to fix usertitles n stuff
