    Let me demonstrate. I will explain it first and then show the screenshots.

    Then Matt goes if anyone is going to answer me. David the manager replies "I saw it don't worry" AND STILL DOESN'T ANSWER IT.
    If that doesn't make you hate him and think he is arrogant then then what will :S. If someone walks in and asks for help and his attitude it "lol I saw your question but I won't answer it" when the room name says HABBOX HELP DESK then HotelUser is giving a bad name to Habbox.

    This isn't the first time. I have already provided management with screen shots of when I walked in, he was behind the desk and he blanked me. Rule is, if you are behind the desk, do not be afk. However, once management saw it, he goes "Oh I saw it, but I have other stuff to do than reply you know". THAT ATTITUDE STINKS and is a ridiculous excuse where he pretends he sees it and still refuses to reply.

    Lastly, when I asked for -rep to be removed as it causes arguments, his first post in my thread was to cause an argument :S. This person does not deserve to even be staff.
    I wasn't ignoring you, Phil answered your question before I did, Saurav. Your question at the very least today was answered

    You saw it well before is what you said but still didnt answer.

    In my previous complaint to the GM, you were behind the desk and fully blanked me when I spoke to you, and said "I was too busy to reply" or something :S.

    In this situation today the staffmember who answered your question answered right after I said I saw it. In general we do need to pay more attention to the screen. In the the scenario retaining to just your question it was answered (perhaps not straight away mind), nobody was ignored - you don't really have a case

    It's outrageous it took the General Manager to pass a comment before someones question was answered, tbh.

    tbf to saurav, the way you said 'I saw it Matt' did make it sound like you saw it and ignored it, perhaps some better wording is required

    if you didnt see the comment straight away then you were obviously doing something else (i.e you didnt see it because you werent there to notice it)

    in which case, you were AFK, on a BRB or were just not looking at the habbo screen at all.

    How can you expect others to abide by the 'dont AFK' rule, when the manager himself cant?

    Yes, and believe me when I say we're addressing the situation concerning questions going unanswered or a long delay between question and answer.

    Oli, if you think I'm incapable in that regard surly you should be expressing your concerns directly towards Matt, Garion or Jin. I am trying my best to deal with the situation and I am quite confident that there's going to be an evident improvement
