Who would you like to see as staff AGM + FM?

Martin should get the AGM's job. I have made this clear to Matt - he is the only person that sticks out in my mind as experienced and capable enough. There are of course candidates but his experience in Moderation ticks the first box. Furthermore his ability to manage is excellent and this is shown in his management of the news department which is excellent. General Management requires strong leadership and Martin has just that. I will be incredibly disappointed if he is not appointed.

The same applies to Jamesy who I feel is experienced and embodies the technical role that used to belong to the Forum Manager but was slowly taken away from that position during the reign of MAD. I feel that this, twinned with his experience and knowledge of how the forum is run now makes him very well suited to the job.

These are the two appointments I would like to see and I know that if Matt and Jin have any sense they will make these appointments without hesitation!

I was sure Bolt660 has only been her for like 2 years . Anyway, Martin would probably be a good AGM staff.

On the other hand, I think Brandon would be an excellent choice as FM as he is online quite a lot I see him post frequently etc.
