8 per day (mon-fri)
5 periods on saturday (although saturday school is normally used for sporting fixtures so i only get 1/2 periods of that, and 7 periods per week are sport anyway [excluding saturday])used to fix usertitles n stuff

8 periods a day? Is it better to have lots of short ones? I've only ever had a maximum of five in any of my schools.
