already stated about 1000000000 times that jailbreaking ISNT illegal, but installing installous via cydia.hackulo.us IS illegal. its frowned upon by the people who develop jailbreaking. (cydia is open e.g. you can input any sources so anything, inc illegal stuff, can be performed). e.g. this:
once you download a cracked .ipa off of installous your are practically doing the same as downloading ripped music off of piratebay.
