    Make-A-Wish Foundation helps make wishes come true for children with life threatening illnesses. Not just at Christmas but all year round. So it gets my vote

    great ormond street hospital is what I voted for, idk what operation christmas is, think theres more worthy causes than deaf children, and wouldnt mind if shelter or make a wish win.
