Its a brit thing, it pretty much means someone who is usually racist and small minded, it differs alot thou depending in what place in britain u live in. Eg. Someone we would call chavvy in Wales would usually be Racist and small minded, would wear some cheap sports make like Hitec or some cheapo trackie from the market saying something like Star or Basketball player oo yer and a fake burberry hat, have alot of cruddy fake jewlery, badly dyed hair (Usually they try and go blonde but because of the greasiness of there hair and cheap dye it goes a horrible marigold colour with fat roots.) Ummm... What else. They listen to whatevers in the top 40. There favourite passtimes are chucking eggs at old ladies windows and sitting in there house smoking soverign ciggerettes and seeing if anyone they no is on trisha today! Lol. well thats a welsh chav...
