The price imo will drop i'm guessing its high as its one of the first 3d portable consoles wait a bit and it'll go down as competitors try to have the lowest price, e.g. Amazon, Game, Play etc...

Buying the first portable is usually a mistake as they soon come out with a revamped superior version (Ds Lite) making your purchase redundant.

It's also ******* expensive! Understandable but strange for nintendo - a company that won the console wars by offering cheap affordable consoles.
Sony will be almost undoubtly more expensive anyway.
    One for the road.

An interview on 3DSBuzz suggests Animal Crossing 3DS is still in heavy development. So anyone looking forward to that might be interested.

Very tempted to buy it, although i'll feel bad doing so since i already have a dsi

To be fair the price isn't that bad. For such new technology it could even be called cheap.
Bonjour, la noirceur, mon vieil ami
    Je suis venu te reparler
    Car une vision piétinante doucement
A laissé ses graines lorsque je dormais
    Et la vision
Qui était plantée dans mon cerveau
    Demeure toujours
    Parmi le son du silence
