Yep it's on the BBFC as a 15 so sorry to rain on your parade.

The rating came today. BBFC have become far more relaxed about violence as long as it's not sexualised, so hopefully Scream 4 will be like the original since times have changed ratings-wise. I think the movie's going to absolutely suck, though.

A mystery-based slasher movie? Scream wasn't the first - it was preceded by the gialli boom of the '60s and '70s - but it was the first of its kind to be so self-referential about the genre.

it was slightly sarcastic (hard to get across whilst typing) i meant thats scream is one of those films that people love seeing because its scream and rarley take into account the story.
