Yep. Old houses usually always have them. In newer homes the standard is one tap, but you can get a two-tap sink if you ask for one, for 'old times' sake

That would be pretty daft There's never been two shower heads. There were two taps because you used to fill up the sink and wash your hands in that, so the cold and hot water used to mix together in the sink rather than in the tap.
