Those of us involved the other night have been contacted about our actions and I think its safe to say that we all have learnt lessons from this. I think what should have originally happened has now happened and that we can move on from this and not let it happen again since it was all a bit silly and just got out of hand.

I assume then that there'll be an announcement soon declaring that we don't have to be civil towards one another in spam because those rules don't apply there, because otherwise it means he's gotten away with breaking rules that anyone else would be heavily punished for.

I am sorry to anyone I aggravated because of my posts. I realise that it was a very silly thing to do and I assure you it wont happen again. As for my dismissal, well there's not much I can say really, other than It had very little to do with the incident in spam and that I was wrongly dismissed and reinstated for that reason.

Anyway, all of this has be put behind me and no grudges will be held.

The dismissal was for an entirely different reason but everything that has happened is now sorted and I did not get off the hook punishment free. Fortunately this does mean I now know what a fool I was and that it wont happen again.

In response to the spam rules thing, as I said before, spam is a lot more relaxed. For example, if we weren't arguing then the image I posted would have been okay to post. (Imo at least!).

FJ how do you know he hasn't? Nobody knows if you get penalised for something unless you tell them. Also in spam
it is accepted and has been for many years that friends down there can banter and insult each within reason without penalty or would you prefer that managment tightened up the rules there so there is no discretion to be more lenient there? It is not in the spam rules as it is not a rule it is a privilege. Time to draw a line under this one I think, both of you, or we will have the problem of the argument in spam continuing here and it is spoiling this welcome back thread. Thanks
