I don't hate him. I don't hate anyone I don't know personally. I don't like his music but that's no reason to hate him. Most pop songs have repetitive lyrics, he isn't the first and he won't be the last.

One thing I don't really like about him is what he said about homosexuality:

bit extreme don't you think? He hasn't really done anything wrong. I may find him ignorant when it comes to sexualities but overall he doesn't seem like a bad person.

Genuinely do not understand all the Bieber hate, like when he was just a "youtube sensation" everyone loved him then he gets a record contract and suddenly he's the worst thing to happen to music :S makes no sense at all, especially since he's actually an incredibly talented chap with a great voice. I don't like most of his songs tbh but that's just because I don't find them catchy/interesting other than Baby and Somebody To Love, but mindless hatred of people just because they're a mainstream success is the most ridiculous thing since Niamh claimed to have a girlfriend

Well that is debatable. I know some gays who believe they are gay by choice and some who believe they where born gay. I've always seen it as basically personalpreference- would also explain why some go for both.

I don't hate the guy, I just hate the kind of music he and many do. Yeah it does annoy me that some amazing singers - bands and solo artists - who write their own stuff, play their own instruments etc. get overshadowed by the generic pop bands (JLS, One Direction etc. come to mind). But at the same time many like it sadly.

As much as I find the guy annoying I do find it interesting how a guy like him managed to basically turn into a superstar via YouTube and to me it's better than the X-Factor route which I find so annoying, a kind of quick way to stardom without the hard work (the hard work often makes the artist who they are)

Okay just shut up anybody who is saying bad things about him. He's an 18 year old who did nothing but post youtube videos, and was founded for what he loved doing best. I'm crazy about him but sure, he isn't the best singer and he knows that. But he does more for the world than most people, he is the founder of a charity and gives more than anybody thinks. He's going to be a teenager and do silly things, like drink, get tattoo's, have sex.. but he's still a human and should be allowed to live his life the way most teenagers are. He's had some amazing songs and sold out 86 shows in a matter of minutes. He made LOADS of money from his movie and EVERY penny from his perfume sales went to charity aswell. So before you sit here giving the boy death threats and saying he doesn't deserve to be alive, think about what he does and how many people he has helped with his money.
