Up until about this time last year, I used to drink quite a lot of diet coke but stopped after my Mum and dentist started talking about the effects of fizzy drinks on teeth. I've pretty much cut all fizzy drinks from my diet now and only have it when on holiday. The last time I had a fizzy drink in excess was probably October last year.
After starting with myfitnesspal towards the end of January, it's dawned on me that I drink around two cups of tea per day (3-4 at weekends) and anywhere between 2 and 3 glasses of water. I usually drink about a bottle of water at school and then orange squash with dinner!![]()
