BBC Three for Family Guy and American Dad
E4 for all there dramas like One Tree Hill, Big Bang Theory, Desperate Housewives, Skins, Shameless, 90210 etc.
Channel 4 for Hollyoaks, Simpsons and there documentaries

I don't watch the tv much but probably Comedy Central for Friends, South Park, Mike and Molly, sometime Scrubs and Two and a Half Men.

on a weekend evening its either itv1 or bbc1 but for day time tv normally itv2 or bbcthree for family guy

Love Disney Channel, not even bothered about admitting it.
And Food Network is usually good for some random good stuff
