You're not using logic. Just because someone says something isn't yours doesn't mean they absolve themselves from any responsibility in the event of negligence or wrongdoing. If you have items on your account you are in posession of a lease or subscription that is LEGALLY OWNED by you because you did in fact have to pay to obtain them. They state you don't own the furni but there is no legal disclaimer that says "You don't have any rights to anything and we can take money from you while giving nothing in return " They do need to provide an explanation as to why your " Lease / subscription " was terminated..

I don't know this situation personally and it sounds as though you were most likely scammed through another source ie : keylogger, fake Habbo site. I don't blame him for jumping to blame Sulake because they have given themselves a bad name. I do recall many glitches and instances where Habbo was responsible for people losing stuff from their account.

Contact them, if they feel sorry for you they may decide to give you a bunch of free stuff as they have done many times in the past for random n00bs. Unfortunately you may require a miracle to get a response from their ever so busy "customer service department".

Billions? Not even close, most of the money they actually make which is not actually all that much ends up going to their investors. Sulake would need a miracle to reach the status of a Billion Dollar Corporation and I don't think they will last long enough to ever get close to that milestone.

Yes, they can make furniture but when alot of people lose something that they wanted they are likely to repurchase it and that's how alot of people come to the conclusion that Habbo scams them.

Habbo doesn't scam anyone in particular but they do let their customers down and provide a poor service to them which results in the expected accusation of people being "ripped off" by Sulake.

If you don't like the way the company is run then don't spend money on it. I wouldn't give them a single penny of my hard earned money.
