I would say Facebook. Never really got the hang of twitter, or anything else for that matter. I probably should with the increase of popularity.

Facebook.
I don't even know why I use it to be honest, I just get annoyed with peoples posts. Did use twitter for a while on my Fifa 12 Goalkeeping twitter - https://twitter.com/#!/fifakeeperdiary Then stopped when I stopped playing for the club.
Might start using twitter again.

facebook & twitter mainly. started to use tumblr a while back but got bored of it almost instantly so only go on it every so often.
