Looks nice, wonder how long 'till it will be in the hotel. This Illumina is better than everything Sulake have done in the past year tbh haha, much more appealing to the eye.

I'm not completely sure but I think I remember reading a staff member's tweet that hinted towards different styles of the chat, and you can pick whatever design you want to use. So this Illumina one wouldn't be compulsory if you don't wish to use it.

it is nice I really like illumina style, except the new call for help. It is confusing, categories are missing and it seems confusing with all the names down the side.
