They've tightened security surrounding the help tool and who has access to discuss accounts since it was hacked last year and the database was leaked. I guess they're just making sure you have all bases covered and aren't one of those attempting to use stolen info to discuss an account. I can only suggest that you send them every scrap of info that you know and if a question is asked that you don't know the answer to then remove it completely from the email.

When I appealed I didn't create a new account I just sent one.. I was logged into my banned account and then I clicked at the bottom contact us. I couldn't view my support ticket but when I got unbanned it was in my history of support tickets.

Contacted Habbo yesterday, got unbanned
turns out I didnt need to provide every correct single information. That other person who spoke to me was wrong lmao.
Anyways they said my ban was legit, tbh it wasnt - its just an auto response I feel because there lazy but they gave me a second chance
