Congrats Alex, I'm sure you'll do great. Disappointed Mathew's still staying but obviously can't get rid of him that easy.
Thanks to Mathew for being a very good manager and it may seem weird to be under someone else's leadership after so long of calling the shots, Alex has some big boots to fill.
