why not make it a HabboxLive chart thing, where people can actually get involved and vote for their fav. songs in a vote. This would make it more unique and get people to interact with the music they like at present. Plus it would be more globally represented.

Thats the reason i wrote down a Habbox Top 10 that could be voted every week![]()

Is there a way Dealers can provide a live-streaming video of their habbo screen on the hxlive website while dealing in casino? That way, everyone can ensure dealers arent scamming. woo
I thought she'd sent you the news clips, I'd record something/go on air but am not here today. Might have to give it a miss and just go straight into my idea, without testings :/Yeah I know, I was speaking with captainace about it and she thought the radio should be focused on being on from like 10am-Midnight, which I didn't agree with as we do have DJs who come on at say 7am as they are international etc. But I mean we should really focus on getting not only the slots booked but the listeners up and they really do go hand in hand together.
I think there is a way you can do that through youtube, but not 100%... Tbh, it may not even be allowed in the fansite rules.. it was just a simple idea to get other types of people invovled.![]()

tbh i think you should have like chat shows sorta thing (idk if this has already been suggested)
the main reason because of the low listeners is because people don't like what they're listening to, like i contstantly hear members saying "this is why i never tune into hxl" when big events are on and stuff. i know hxl is a radio and radio is basically music but i think you need to broadcast to the older members too, because not all of them are interested in winning prizes or listening to cheesy music.
i think hxl just needs to find the correct balance because making new shows that are more professional (like chat shows or something idk) can really help and not only attract the younger users.
i'm not sure if a party room can help because there used to be loads in the past and they mainly attracted certain users, a casino could be quite useful and that will definitely involve different kinds of users (if it gets popular), i suppose its worth a shot![]()

I really like the idea of having a few shows back in place, hopefully it would give the HxL a bit of structure. At the moment, a listener coming to the site wouldn't really know what to expect at a certain time, you just get what's played for you. A few genre specific (Indie Hour, Rock on Wednesdays etc.) or themed shows (like chat, quizzes etc.) would attract the right listeners at the right times, especially as they'd expect their favourite show at its usual time.
The only other thing I'd chip in is a bit of a stronger social presence. I know Habbox has a twitter, and the station even has its own Facebook page but that's never utilised any more. We could net a few listeners from Facebook who are a bit bored with a simple post "Hey! It's Happy Hour, where your requests control the show" or whatever. I'd love to see us reach out a bit more on the networks.
I mean, if your wanting a casino feel free to use mine;

Only problem with the Facebook audience is that the majority are in their teens and upon visiting the site, would think it's for children and go listen to something like Radio1.The only other thing I'd chip in is a bit of a stronger social presence. For the Casino you could use Ross' if you end up looking into one! But regarding trust issues and scamming, you could put an alert when they enter the room with a link to a Habbox page which contains a tutorial on how to record their screen when betting someone and uploading it to YouTube, so then they could submit that to one of the room moderators and the user who scammed would be dealt with but also make it known that Habbox is not responsible for any scamming that goes on.
