    Didn't expect ipad 4, bit ridiculous considering the ipad 3 only came out in March.

    Probably the highest price yet for a 7 inch tablet. But I wasn't expecting it to have a killer price.

    Yeah it was rumoured to start at that price. I suppose it is more of an 8 inch tablet , plus it's Apple - everything's a bit expensive.

    The 3rd generation (one they released earlier on this year) is no longer on sale but they have kept the iPad 2 on. Interesting move I suppose, I wonder why they are keeping the 2 for this long.

    I do think though, CD-Drives are becoming a bit out-dated, I've never used mine on my Macbook Pro since I've had it since christmas.

    Also, the iPad 4, I think they had to update it sooner rather then later because of the lightning connecter, as now all products have that.

    Even for the price £269 I think is still pretty good considering it's Apple, and the specs for that price are reasonable.
