Strictly speaking, Impetuosities is a rare name due to being a single word (albeit pluralised) but still, rarest I have.
Saw another couple of great ones at an event a few nights ago:
AwsomeAmanda (amusing due to bad spelling)

MeMyslefandI (fail spelling)

I'm all over people's bad grammar.
