is that the first mission?

The first mission has been bugged all day and will begin to load other players and crash, then after that it says make your way to the race target or something which doesn't exist so you're unable to complete the mission lol

Got to the part where you select a car, put a bet in if you want and now I'm just sat on a blurred screen and can see my plater and a few buildings in the background which is all blurred. Sigh..
