i remember reading it was better to brush straight in the morning because the toothpaste protects your teeth from incoming sugars etc that you will eat for breakfast? i usually brush my teeth as soon as i get up and i don't have breakfast until 40 minutes or so later because i can't eat as soon as i wake up, so doesn't taste like toothpaste i find that anything i eat after brushing my teeth comes off easily, like my teeth stay clean compared to if i only brush afterwards.

but there's conflicting evidence. i think as long as you're actually brushing your teeth (you'd be surprised by how much people 'forget') then you're fine

But if you leave your dishes overnight in the sink, the dirt will dry and making it harder to clean in the next morning
Which is why you brush your teeth at night after you've done eating

    Strange question...

Erm... I tend to get dressed before eating breakfast and there's no point in brushing your teeth before eating so based on that logic I'm generally always dressed when I brush my teeth.

Although... If I shower late on a weekend after breakfast then it's easy to be naked or wear a towel while brushing teeth straight after a shower. Let nature dry you in the meantime... I don't know

Yea but it's better to remove the germs and bacteria built up during the night, it just tastes better eating my breakfast with my mouth clean

I prefer to brush my teeth after I have got fully dressed.
Seems strange some people do it like that...
Guess you find it more comfy ;]
