They look a little clunky at the moment. Hard to navigate, can't link friends to threads they might be interested in and not that well set up. It would be better if when the forum tab opened there were options such as latest posts / hot groups so you could find where decent conversation is taking place, much like you can on here.

Also, it seems that they want them user moderated. This is fine and understandable... but impossible. Say you remove someone from the group who is 'trolling' there is nothing to stop them from coming back into the group and doing it again. If you make the group request only then that totally defeats the point of having public boards because conversation will become boring and restricted.

Maybe if you could ban people from joining groups... idk though because then you would have people joining on clones. From the message written in the group it suggests that if they are misused they won't be implemented for all users yet there are not adequate tools for us to moderate them (from what I've seen so far).

Good idea, needs a lot of work however.

I think there should be a hotel wide one in-client not just group

so ugly, lack of design and it's so small... probably can expand it but that means doing that every time open/close it how annoying like... just have groups on hotel that link to main site ?
