I guess that would explain why it was sold in low quantity/high price too.

Is it possible Habbo did this on purpose?

I don't think they were trying to make it look particularly appealing, it was more about the small amount being sold for a very high price. They've noticed there's been a real drop in trading because of closing casinos and wanted to do something about it.

If you owned a fairly successful but not super-famous small casino and gained your credits through trading and not buying off the black market (I know quite a few smaller casino owners were mostly legit), you're suddenly stuck with a load of rares and coins after casinos are banned. And you have nothing to do with these coins anymore. I suppose maybe Habbo was hoping they'd jump at these LTDs and sell as fast as they can, which will be boosting the economy. And actually they were kind of right because the LTD sold out in seconds after it was properly released and most people are making profits (albeit small profits unless you're #1).

I think Habbo is really dragging it out with these other four eggs that are going to be released though. Sales will decrease more and more each time because 5 LTDs released so close together is just too much, particularly as they're not even attractive. Still, the first one was a good idea IMO.
