    in the same line, how people think this is anything more than a habbo forum and that rules should be followed to a T, where people should post the way you like it and only when it's something "quality" when the audience is targeted at young people. it's not a debate forum. it's not a forum where you have to post only quality posts. these sections are there for threads on anyone to post pretty much anything, so that's what you're going to get.
    Not quite sure if you were aiming that at me or not, but I will say I don't think I've ever complained about the forum being boring When I say discussion, I pretty much mean a thread where I could actually reply to someone's reply without going off topic which you can't do in a lot of threads. And when I say quality, I suppose I meant effort which is arguably a reason people don't bother posting in certain areas of the forum so they're just dying but I guess the only real solution to this is a more active userbase.

    The fact that some people can't lightly take advice from a superior. '
    For instance, if a manager were to ask that [blank] happened on [blank] dates, some staff members rebel and become angry. If you can't take a request, might as well resign.

    May seem very direct as to what I said and very unreadable, but you'd understand if you were me.

    When management go about it like Habbox is some sort of business when in reality it's a fan site ran by kids (and always will be?)

    Why so serious

    @Zak;
    Professionalism should still be practiced, even if it's not a business.

    How?
    Why do you think that?
    What can be done to improve them?
