I think myfitnesspal is rubbish in giving nutrition advice. I tried calorie counting but it didn't work for me because its hard to input all my activity. Eat according to the amount of activity you do. Eat more carbs and protein following workouts and more fats on rest days.
HIIT is great for fat loss but you may have to change your workout routine later on if your focus changes.
Coke zero is no better than normal coke, if you don't like water try out sparkling water or detox water.
Healthy food doesn't have to be boring, try cooking with fresh ingredients instead of eating out packets.
Eat three meals a day, try to eat these at set times to help yourself get into a routine if necessary. Try to cut down on snacking.
Remember its about 80% what you eat and 20% exercise. Exercise alone may not give you the results you're looking for.
This is also a good read. http://www.kaylaitsines.com/blogs/ne...ampaign=buffer

Hi, I'm only new here but I found your comment when I was doing some searching on google for kayla itsines. I'm thinking about buying her guide but there is a lot of mixed reviews and some sound good but reviews like this here http://www.bikinibodyguidereview.com do have some good points.http://www.thebodycoach.co.uk/index.asp Sign up to the body coach 14 day free guide its pretty good in giving advice on workouts and nutrition.
