The person would no doubt be sued or ya know, arrested and trialed for fraud and if found guilty, have to pay a massive fine.

If they did choose to fine him etc...and then they found out that hes below the age of selling stuff, wouldn't the parents get fined?
Shame :p
Apparently they struggle with charging people with ebay offences no matter what age, and only a few if any have ever been caught. I saw it on watchdogOriginally Posted by NekkLe

This has got to be the best way of scamming people, its too easy.
EDIT: Watch all the junkies, there going to start making money off Ebay now![]()
No the reason his name is in the bidding loads of times is he placed a bid straight away of £1500 then when other people made a bid it automatically increased his maximum bid up to that amount....Originally Posted by :paschendale:

The funny thing about this is that alot of people on ebay say.... "i really wwant that" shove in a stupid amount as a max bid so they know thell get it. Then somone bids them up for a laff. lol
They come back on to check how much they are gonna have to pay and its gone through the roof =) His max bid minght be £10,000 so I doubt hes gonna actually pay that lol
