    If they did choose to fine him etc...and then they found out that hes below the age of selling stuff, wouldn't the parents get fined?

    Apparently they struggle with charging people with ebay offences no matter what age, and only a few if any have ever been caught. I saw it on watchdog

    No the reason his name is in the bidding loads of times is he placed a bid straight away of £1500 then when other people made a bid it automatically increased his maximum bid up to that amount....

    The funny thing about this is that alot of people on ebay say.... "i really wwant that" shove in a stupid amount as a max bid so they know thell get it. Then somone bids them up for a laff. lol

    They come back on to check how much they are gonna have to pay and its gone through the roof =) His max bid minght be £10,000 so I doubt hes gonna actually pay that lol
