That would be good, I liked it in the box and it means users are actually aware of what managers are doing so when people say I'm too busy!! we know why

I think it could be made into quite a fun thing where it's more like a preview of what's coming at Habbox this month, what's in development and what people can look forwards to. I do think you're right, and also from another perspective it allows us to show just how much work does go into Habbox and quite often goes unnoticed, especially some of the behind the scenes stuff. Things like little previews of new skins, site designs, rare values pages etc would be great too and would show that things are being worked on and that there are great things to look forwards to.

I've already stated in my action plan (which I had to bloody re-write omg), that I want to start doing articles that showcase what Habbox is good at too. Which will be things like screenshots of busy events, writeups, promotions, quotes and comments, featuring new members who have joined, video capture/youtube of Habbo embedded into articles and generally showing the community in a positive light so that people can see and hopefully want to join in too!

I think having an overview of both what has happened and what we have planned for the future would be a great first step in not only improving transparency but helping community engagement and boosting staff morale too as their hard work will be recognised and documented for all to see and hopefully appreciate.

It wasn't really an action plan. It was just a list of what managers had planned.

I don't mind having a to-do list posted somewhere although I do think a lot of it for a lot of depts will just be "do the job" since there aren't constant special projects going on for everyone, it's often just sorting things as they pop up

You can go for it if you'd like. It was difficult getting it done every month. Might be easier as we're now planning a lot more with departments if you go through AGMs every month and we tell you what might be a good idea to include?

I'm guessing at some point the action plan thread will return (I've made mine in my managers forum for now), but I can use some ideas from there too and then talk to you guys about what to include before it goes out! A general overview of what's going to be happening that month (for example this month we have habboxween to look forwards to) and maybe some hints at some of the events etc could get people excited!
