It's fact Joe Strummer is a better songwriter than Billie Joe. It's fact Johnny Rotten is a better songwriter than Billie Joe. Obviously it's not complete fact as it can't be accurately proven but it's basic punk intelligence, douche. It's like saying Dougie from Mcfly is a better guitarist than Hendrix: you're saying it can't be proven contrary which is true, but it doesn't stop you from being a dumbas's.



What? They wrote better songs for their generation than Billie Joe has. And as a matter of fact, any punk fan should care. And thankyou for pointing that out to me, it's spelt Billy here in England, but Americans like to change words/names for some reason.

I'm not a huge fan of Joy Division, but I'll admit Ian Curtis is a better song-writer than Joey Ramone who is infact my favourite punk frontman. Same with anything else in music. Slash is my idol, but I'll admit there's been at least 30 guitarists better than him in history; 'cause I'm not an idiot basically.
